Seven Deadly Sins for Brouhaha Magazine, March 2010 Issue

I've been doing some interesting tests lately and can't wait to get the pictures back!

The Plaza Macao

I was asked by another makeup artist to fill in for 2 days in Macau on Feb. 5th and 6th for a shoot for the relaunching of The Plaza in Macau. Each work day consisted of 12 hours in the Venetian suites (I could think of worst places to be stuck in!) with crazy call times (i.e. 4am!) but over all it was a terrific experience and I hope the pictures turned out well.

While I was there, I also spotted a few shots from the 'Shoppes at Four Seasons' job I did back in July 2009 with Gabbard (Picture 2) I also saw that they are using the shots for pamphlets around the shopping centres as well as for the shops that are undergoing refurbishment.

I also spotted Paula N. doing her ~thang~. (Picture 1)

All in all, a great end to the week; especially when they comped my extra night (stayed a total of THREE nights FREE!)

Finally got to test with Kate A. and hopefully I'll get all the photos this time!

The idea behind this shot was to capture the emotions (or lack of) from the movie "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" Shot by Garrett Juillien, this is just a preview of what he did that day.

Just a quick update...

I haven't been taking a lot of behind-the-scene shots lately but that doesn't mean I haven't been working! Expect photos from Gabbard soon from our latest Asia Spa shoot & APB shoot. Also worked on an editorial for the new magazine Brouhaha and got to meet a lot of awesome people like the photographer, Jeff Hahn (site link here) Would love to work more with him and I'm so excited about the shots!


Should have a catalog coming soon. Speaking of which, I did one a month ago and haven't seen the pictures. :( Back in July I worked on a campaign for Macau's Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes and haven't received pics either *hint hint, G!* Also worked on a Reebok show with Karen (no photos) and a few other bits and bobs...

I've been really lucky in meeting and working with some terrific people lately. Both Paula and Mika (the two gorgeous girls from the last APB shoot) are featured in the upcoming issues of APB and Asia Spa. Mika's currently in the Lipton ads and Paula will soon be all over Asia as a Colgate girl :D

Off to bake sugar cookies in shapes of gingerbread men (mmm...edible men!) and stars to satisfy my sugar craving... Happy holidays!
